Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver – Days (Port Sunlight)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join a well-established operation based in Port Sunlight.
Location: Port Sunlight
Shift Pattern: Weekend - Days
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour Saturdays, £20.50 Sundays (PAYE)
Holiday Pay: Accrued separately
- Safe and timely delivery of goods
- Completing vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Ensuring compliance with all road transport regulations
- Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 (Category C+E) driving experience
- Valid UK driving licence with CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach
- Competitive hourly PAYE rate
- Holiday pay accrued separately
- Ongoing, consistent day work
- Supportive transport team
