Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and newly qualified Class 1 (HGV1) drivers for a well-established distribution company based in Letchworth. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for flexible, ad hoc work with a reliable and respected client.

Role Overview

Your main duties will involve trunking between depots only — no handball required. This is clean, straightforward driving work with minimal loading involvement, ideal for drivers seeking hassle-free assignments.

We are looking for reliable agency drivers who are available for ad hoc shifts, with regular opportunities available for both day and night work.

Shift Patterns

• Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 05:00 starts
• Night shifts: Monday to Friday, 17:00 starts
• Shifts typically range from 10 to 12 hours
• Flexible, ad hoc bookings available

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements)
• Over 25 years old
• Professional, polite, and reliable attitude
• Good communication skills
• Able to work flexibly across days or nights
