Hours: Monday to Friday | Start time 06:00
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Swadlincote for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional HGV driver looking for regular Monday to Friday work, consistent routes, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.



The Role

  • Class 1 (C+E) trunking duties
  • Regular set route
  • Monday to Friday working
  • 06:00 start time
  • Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Providing a professional service to customers and clients


Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 year's commercial Class 1 driving experience.
  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good understanding of driver's hours and Working Time regulations
  • Reliable and professional attitude
