Class 1 HGV Driver – Temp to Perm
Location: Doncaster (DN1)
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 7:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver to join our client based in the DN1 area. This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent weekday work, regular hours, and a straightforward workload with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete up to 3 collections per shift

• Ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods

• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and defect reporting

• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records

• Comply with all driver hours legislation and road transport regulations

• Deliver excellent standards of professionalism and customer service

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00am – 7:00pm

• No weekend work

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence

• Valid CPC Qualification Card

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred

• Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach
