Class 2 Driver (Category C)

Driver Hire Colchester is recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a permanent, full-time position with one of our valued clients.

Salary

• £17.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at the same rate
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Working Hours

• Full-time, permanent position
• Any 5 days from 6 (Monday to Saturday)
• Typical start times between 04:00 and 06:00

Duties

• Multi-drop foodservice deliveries
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Heavy manual handling required
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork

Requirements

• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph card
• Good level of physical fitness
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable and professional approach to work
