Ideal Recruit is currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Rotherham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Delivering goods using a Class 2 vehicle from the Rotherham depot
• Operating curtain-sided vehicles
• Occasional use of a forklift and tail lift for deliveries
• Deliveries to sites including Haribo in Manchester/Trafford and other locations
• Some manual handling involved
• Flexibility required as overtime and night work may be necessary
• 2–3 nights out per week may be required

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 5:30am and 6:00am
• Finish times may vary depending on workload and routes
• 45-minute unpaid break
• Weekend work may become available in the near future
• Time and a half may be payable for additional hours and night work where applicable

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Up to 6 penalty points accepted (no major endorsements)
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years' Class 2 driving experience
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
• Comfortable with occasional manual handling

• Competitive pay rate of £16.81 per hour including holiday pay
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Regular weekday work
• Potential for additional overtime and weekend shifts
