Class 2 Driver

Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work for a well-established environmental services company based just outside of Launceston

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Collecting and transporting waste and recycling materials.
• Completing daily vehicle checks.
• Following planned routes and site instructions.
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assisting with loading duties when required.

Requirements

Successful applicants must have:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience.
• A good understanding of drivers’ hours and working-time regulations.
• Waste or refuse experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• A reliable and professional approach to work.

Hours

Monday to Friday with an alternate Saturday. 7am start each day until finish, work circa 42.5 hours a week.

Pay

£20per hour - £24per Hour
