Class 2 Driver

Hourly Rate: £20.70
Working Hours: 46 hours per week, working mainly Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required, as shifts may be scheduled across 5 days within a 7-day period. Start times will vary from 5am onwards.
Siamo Recruitment are currently seeking class 2 drivers to work at a renowned multi-beverage supplier site, based in Tiverton. You must have 12 months prior experience of HGV driving to be successful for this position.
Role Responsibilities:
- Driving vehicles up to 26 tonnes and delivering stock to customers.
- Loading and unloading stock alongside Driver's Mates and the Warehouse team.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Using local area knowledge to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- Safely unloading stock at customer venues and reloading empty kegs.
- Valid Class 2 HGV licence and CPC Drivers Card.
- Minimum 12 months' HGV driving experience.
- Good knowledge of the Highway Code and current driving legislation.
- Great knowledge of the local area.
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties, however full training will be provided.
