We are looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to join a busy logistics operation based in Birmingham, delivering palletised stock to high-street retail stores across the Midlands and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for regular, ongoing work, paid breaks, and the chance to become permanent.
The Role: You will be driving 16-pallet curtain-sided vehicles, equipped with tail lifts and manual pump trucks, completing approximately 10–12 store deliveries per day within a radius of around 150 miles from the Birmingham depot.
This is a hands-on delivery role, so you will need to be comfortable getting out of the cab and assisting customers with their deliveries.
Your duties will include:
- Completing approximately 10–12 multi-drop deliveries per day.
- Delivering palletised stock to high-street retail stores.
- Operating the vehicle's tail lift and manual pump truck.
- Assisting store staff with moving stock from the pallets.
- Collecting and returning empty pallets to the depot.
- Completing delivery paperwork and digital delivery records.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
- Following all health & safety and company procedures.
- Providing professional customer service at every delivery.
Monday: 05:30
Tuesday–Thursday: 07:30
Friday: 08:00
Friday shifts will generally focus on local deliveries and mopping up outstanding work.
Breaks are paid, meaning you are paid from the start of your shift to the end.

- Experience delivering into retail stores/high-street locations is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- A professional attitude and good timekeeping
- No more than 6 penalty points (some endorsements may not be accepted)
First Shift: Before your first shift, you'll receive an induction covering the digital delivery system, Safe Systems of Work, tail lift operation and a brief tachograph test.
