We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HGV Driver / Drayman on behalf of a leading drinks distributor based in the DN4 area of Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and reliable Class 2 driver looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

The Role

• Delivering beverages to commercial customers
• Working as part of a dray delivery operation
• Heavy manual handling involved
• Monday to Friday
• Start time: 7:00am
• Finish time: Approximately 5:00pm
• Ongoing work with immediate starts available

Pay & Benefits

• £17.50 per hour PAYE including holiday pay
• Weekly pay
• Temp to perm opportunity
• Salary of £38,000 per annum upon successful completion of the temporary period

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC qualification card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
• Physically fit and willing to undertake manual handling duties
• No major endorsements or serious driving convictions
