Class 2 Hiab Driver

Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver, HIAB (Portsmouth)

Type: Temporary

Pay Rate: £16.95 – 20.50 per hour

Location: Portsmouth and surrounding areas

Start Date: Immediate

Are you a skilled HIAB driver with an HGV Class 2 licence? If so, we’re looking for experienced HIAB drivers for immediate temporary assignments in Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid driver’s UK driver’s licence with no more than 6 points.
• Valid Class 2 (HGV/LGV, Category C) driving licence with HIAB certification.
• Valid CPC & Tacho Card.
• Hold a valid HIAB Certificate (Hook, Brick Grab or Clamshell) – ALLMI accreditation desirable.
• Immediate availability for temporary agency work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Class 2 vehicle with HIAB for various assignments, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and maintain the highest standards of safety.
• Flexibility to adapt to different HIAB-related roles within the temporary assignments as per customer requirements.
