Class 2 Tipper Driver - Full Training Provided

Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting for a Class 2 Tipper Driver on behalf of a trusted and established client. Previous tipper experience is not required, as full paid tipper training will be provided while you work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional Class 2 Driver looking to gain a new skill, earn while you train, and secure ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position.

As a Class 2 Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for delivering aggregate materials to construction sites, quarries and commercial locations across the region. You will receive full paid training and support to become confident in operating a tipper vehicle safely and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Operating a Class 2 Tipper vehicle safely and professionally
• Delivering aggregate materials to construction sites and quarries
• Completing deliveries within scheduled time slots
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Providing excellent customer service on site
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery records

• Monday to Friday
• 6:30am start time
• Average 8-hour shifts
• Enhanced overtime rates available

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
• A valid CPC qualification
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 1 year's Class 2 driving experience
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and professional attitude
