A small and friendly, village‑based, one-form entry primary school, in North Somerset, is looking for a Class Teacher. About the Class Teacher role:
- Contract: Full time until December 2026
- Location: Clevedon, North Somerset
- Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 FTE
- Start: September or sooner by agreement
- Key Stage: 2 - looking to be specifically year 3, but this is subject to change

What you'll be doing as a Class Teacher:
- Creating a warm, inclusive and engaging Key Stage 2 classroom
- Delivering high‑quality, creative lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence
- Using effective behaviour strategies appropriate for early primary learners
- Working closely with colleagues across the Trust to share ideas and best practice
- Building strong relationships with pupils, families and the wider school community
What you'll need as a Class Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS or equivalent)
- Experience teaching KS2
- A passion for nurturing young learners and helping them thrive
- Strong communication and classroom‑management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
