Classroom Assistant

Our Educational client in Holywood, County Down are currently seeking to recruitClassroom Assistants (SEN) to join their team.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £22,464 – £24,361 per annum

Note: Salary is annualised based on term-time work (approx. 9 months), so equivalent full-year earnings are higher.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–3:30pm (Thurs until 2:30pm)

As a Classroom Assistant, you'll provide hands-on support, encourage independence, and help students thrive through therapeutic and meaningful daily activities.

✅ Willingness to provide personal care and use Positive Behaviour Support strategies (training provided)
