What You'll Do

• Lead the classroom: Act as a flexible Classroom Supervisor taking charge of pre-planned lessons across various subjects (acting as a cover supervisor) when required.
• Command the room: Utilize excellent behaviour management skills to keep students focused, on-task, and respectful.
• Oversee examinations: Uphold strict exam regulations as an invigilator, ensuring a quiet, secure, and fair testing environment for all students.
• Be a helpful guide: Assist students with instructions and layout requirements, ensuring they understand the task at hand.
• Follow school policies: Implement the school's behaviour, rewards, and examination systems consistently.

Ideal Candidate

• Have exceptional behaviour management and situational awareness-you can command respect and keep an entire hall or classroom focused.
• Are comfortable stepping into a classroom environment, showing adaptability across different schools.
• Have experience managing groups or working in structured environments where rules matter (e.g., security, administration, public services, retail supervision, or community organization).
• Are reliable, resilient, highly organized, and possess a strong, calm presence.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing to obtain one).
