Domestic Cleaners – Flexible Shifts

Locations: Ilford, Woodfrd Green, Leytonstone, Wanstead, South Woodford, etc 

We are looking for reliable and experienced Domestic Cleaners to work a range of shifts in our clients’ homes.

This role involves providing a professional cleaning service while treating each client, their home and personal belongings with dignity, care and respect.

Main duties

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
• Cleaning household appliances and communal areas
• Changing bedding when required
• Replenishing cleaning and household supplies
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Completing other duties associated with cleaning and maintaining someone’s home

Requirements

• Previous professional cleaning experience in the UK
• A good understanding of COSHH and the safe use of substances hazardous to health
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Respectful of clients’ privacy, dignity and personal belongings
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
• The right to work in the UK
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check where required

As you will be working inside people’s homes, you must be trustworthy, professional and comfortable working around clients and their families.
