Cleaner – Redcar, Teesside

Munnelly Support Services are currently looking for multiple Cleaners to join our team on a large construction project in Redcar, Teesside.

This is long-term work with immediate starts available.

Job Description

• Location: Redcar, Teesside
• Rate: £13.18 per hour
• Employment: Directly employed by Munnelly Support Services
• Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Paid Hours: 9.5 hours per day
• Duration: Long-term

Duties

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple blocks on a busy construction project.

Duties will include:

• Cleaning welfare facilities and communal areas
• Cleaning site offices and canteens
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
• Sweeping, mopping and general cleaning
• Restocking toilets with toilet rolls, soap and other consumables
• Keeping welfare and kitchen areas clean and presentable
• Monitoring cleaning products and consumable stock levels
• Reporting low stock or shortages to the supervisor
• Carrying out any other general cleaning duties as required

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working on a construction site
• Able to work as part of a cleaning team
• Good attention to detail
