Welfare Cleaner / Site Cleaner – Rossendale & Farnworth

Job Description

Munnelly Support Services is looking for Welfare Cleaners / Construction Site Cleaners for two projects in the Rossendale and Farnworth areas of Lancashire.

Immediate starts are available. These projects are expected to run for a very long time, making this a good opportunity for cleaners looking for steady, ongoing work.

• Pay: £13.45 per hour, PAYE
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm
• Location: Rossendale area or Farnworth area
• Duration: Long-term, ongoing work
• Start: Immediate

We will pay for your DBS check and provide free EUSR SHEA Water and National Water Hygiene training, giving you additional qualifications for working on water industry projects.

Duties

You will keep the construction site welfare facilities clean, tidy and hygienic. Your duties will include:

• Cleaning welfare cabins across two floors, communal areas and the security hut.
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms, floors and surfaces.
• Topping up soap, toilet rolls and other hygiene supplies.
• Reporting cleaning or maintenance issues to site management.

Requirements

• A valid CSCS card is essential.
• You must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle to drive to site.
• You must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Previous experience as a Welfare Cleaner, Site Cleaner, Commercial Cleaner, Industrial Cleaner or Cleaning Operative would be useful.

A DBS check is required, but you do not need to pay for it. MSS will arrange and cover the cost, along with your EUSR SHEA Water and National Water Hygiene training.
