Cleaner – Immediate Start

Location: Stroud, GL6
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm–8:00pm
Contract: 6-week temporary contract
Start Date: Immediate
Requirement: Valid DBS certificate

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to work at a government facility based in Stroud, GL6.

This is a part-time evening position, working 20 hours per week on a temporary six-week contract. Due to the nature of the site, candidates must hold a valid DBS certificate.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, communal areas and facilities
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing supplies
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Wiping down surfaces and high-touch areas
• Following site cleaning schedules and procedures
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns

Candidate Requirements

• Valid DBS certificate
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 4:00pm–8:00pm
• Able to start immediately
• Committed to completing the full six-week contract
