Days: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Nights: 7:00pm – 7:00am
Temp to Perm Opportunities
PRS Recruitment is currently recruiting a number of experienced FLT Drivers, Cleaners and Waste Operatives to join a large, busy distribution site in Kettering.
These are ongoing temporary positions with genuine opportunities to become permanent for the right candidates.
This is a large operational site and the roles are physically active. Candidates must be comfortable spending a significant amount of the shift walking around the site and carrying out practical duties.
All applicants will be required to undergo a basic DBS and carry out IOSH training
All candidates will need to go random through drug and alcohol tests
Roles Available
FLT Drivers
- Operating FLT equipment safely within a busy distribution environment.
- Moving waste, materials and equipment around the site.
- Supporting the wider cleaning and waste operation.
- Completing relevant safety checks.
- A valid relevant FLT licence and previous experience are required.
- Cleaning operational, warehouse and communal areas.
- Maintaining high standards throughout the site.
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Following COSHH and health & safety procedures.
- Previous commercial, industrial, warehouse or distribution cleaning experience is required.
- Collection and movement of waste across the site.
- Sorting waste and recyclable materials.
- Keeping waste and operational areas clean and safe.
- Supporting the wider site cleaning operation.
- Previous waste, warehouse, industrial or similar experience is required.
Applicants must:
- Have previous relevant experience.
- Be comfortable working within a large, busy distribution environment.
- Be physically fit and able to complete a role involving considerable walking throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Have a good understanding of health & safety.
- Be reliable and able to work the full 4-on / 4-off shift pattern.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a larger operational team.
- Be looking for an ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity

Working Hours
4 days on / 4 days off
Day Shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Night Shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am
