Cleaning Account Manager

Based across Yorkshire
​£32,000 - £34,000 per annum plus company car or car allowance

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our thriving Northern Division, overseeing a diverse portfolio of education, commercial and corporate sites, including several of our prestigious national accounts.

​In this dynamic role, you will lead a diverse team of cleaning operatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and providing strong team support.This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll be:

• Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction
• Ensuring high standards of service delivery across all sites
• Leading, recruiting, and developing a diverse team of cleaning professionals
• Overseeing compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
• Carrying out reports, audits, and operational tasks to support the Operations Manager

​As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll have:

• Proven experience managing cleaning contracts
• Strong people management and leadership skills – with the ability to support and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, and manage workloads effectively
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT skills.
