About DBS checks
Because this role is based in a service that supports people who may be vulnerable, you’ll need a basic DBS check before you start. We arrange this for you and cover the cost. A basic check only shows unspent convictions and cautions, so anything that is already spent won’t appear. Having a conviction or caution doesn’t automatically stop you from getting this job. We look at each person individually and will talk it through with you in confidence. If you have any questions before applying, please get in touch.
