Cleaning Operatives & Relief Cleaners

Our recruitment agency is currently recruiting Cleaning Operatives and Relief Cleaners on behalf of our client in Leicestershire.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and flexible individuals to join our client's growing cleaning operation.

DBS check required

  • Cleaning Operative – 1 position

Hours: 3:00pm–6:00pm

Pay: £14.75 per hour

  • Cleaning Operative – 1 position

Hours: 3:15pm–5:45pm

Pay: £12.75 per hour

  • Relief Cleaners – 2 positions

Flexible morning and evening shifts

Competitive rates of pay

Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle required

Relief cleaners may be required to cover the cleaning positions listed above and other client sites across Leicestershire

Mileage will be paid when using your own vehicle where a fleet vehicle is not available

  • Main Duties

Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard.

Clean commercial premises and designated areas.

Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures.

Use cleaning products and equipment safely.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Provide cover at different sites when required.

Report any issues or maintenance concerns.

Work independently and as part of a team.

  • Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but full training will be provided.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Good attention to detail.

Flexible approach to working hours.

Ability to work independently.

Relief cleaners must hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Willingness to travel between different client sites.
