Cleaning Supervisor For Hospital

Hospital Cleaning Supervisor leads a team of domestic staff to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, infection prevention, and patient safety in a healthcare setting. [1]

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and managing the rotas for a team of domestic staff.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensuring cleaning schedules meet the National Healthcare Cleanliness Standards and Infection Prevention Control guidelines.
• Daily Operations: Conducting regular housekeeping inspections across wards, operating theatres, and public spaces.

Must be able to communicate at all levels to staff and management team.

This role involves working across Monday to Sunday with 2 days off.

08.00am - 20.00
