Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Stamford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaning professional looking to take the next step into a supervisory role with a well-established company.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 12:30pm – 8:30pm

Salary:

• Circa £29,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting the cleaning team to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Organising daily workloads and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
• Carrying out quality checks and maintaining health & safety standards.
• Providing hands-on support and covering cleaning duties when required.
• Stepping in to cover staff absences at short notice when necessary.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous supervisory experience within a cleaning environment.
• A strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards and procedures.
• A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
• The ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
• Willingness to pitch in and cover operational duties as needed.
