New Permanent Opportunity - Senior Cleaning Supervisor - Leeds - 4 on 4 off Nights - £36,000 (Hourly Rate Equivalent)

We are recruiting for a Senior Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations on a large, prestigious site just outside of Leeds. Working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 6:00pm to 6:00am, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established facilities management business in a key leadership role.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the night operation, leading the on-site cleaning team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Due to continued growth and ongoing investment in their contracts, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Cleaning Supervisor to strengthen the management team on one of their flagship sites just outside Leeds. We have worked with them for a number of years and they are one of our favourites they have a very low turnover of staff and treat their teams very well. 

• Hourly rate equivalent to £36,000 per annum

• Permanent, full-time position

• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern

• Night shifts - 6:00pm to 6:00am

• Supervising and motivating the on-site cleaning team throughout the night shift

• Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to the highest standards

• Carrying out regular quality inspections and audits

• Allocating workloads and managing shift priorities

• Assisting with staff training, inductions, and ongoing development

• Monitoring attendance, performance, and productivity

• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and Health & Safety legislation

• Responding promptly to operational issues and client requests

• Maintaining excellent communication with both the client and wider management team

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, or Team Leader within a commercial cleaning environment

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Experience working on large, fast-paced sites

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A proactive approach with high attention to detail

• Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning standards

• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to lead by example

• Comfortable working permanent night shifts
