This Cleaning Technician position offers the opportunity to help maintain clean, safe and welcoming environments across offices, sheltered housing schemes and communal residential areas.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team on a long-term contract covering sickness absence, offering consistent, full-time work.
You'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service across a range of properties and sites, taking pride in ensuring communal areas are somewhere residents can feel proud to live.
We'd love to hear from anyone with experience as a Cleaner, Cleaning Operative, Facilities Cleaner, Estate Cleaner, Caretaker or Cleaning Technician, particularly if you have experience working within housing, commercial properties or communal environments.

As a Cleaning Technician, you will be:
  • Cleaning communal areas, offices and specialist housing properties
  • Carrying out block inspections and identifying hazards, spillages or areas requiring attention
  • Using a range of cleaning methods, materials and equipment
  • Removing litter, refuse and small-scale graffiti
  • Completing daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks
  • Reporting repairs, damage and larger waste or environmental issues
  • Working independently while also supporting the wider cleaning team

  • Previous professional cleaning experience
  • A good understanding of basic health and safety procedures
  • A reliable, professional and proactive approach
  • The ability to work independently and meet high cleaning standards
  • The ability to manage their workload and meet deadlines
Key requirements for this Cleaning Technician role:
  • You must be a driver and hold a full UK driving licence
  • You must be able to drive a manual company van
  • Previous professional cleaning experience
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work
Please note: Due to the nature of the role and travelling between sites, being a driver with a full UK driving licence is essential.

The role is offering the following:
  • £16.89 per hour
  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 2:30pm
  • A long-term contract covering sickness absence
  • Consistent, stable, full-time work
