We’re now looking for a highly organised and proactive Cleaning & Waste Office Administrator to join our team and support the Head of Cleaning & Waste in keeping this busy department running smoothly.

The Role

This is a varied administrative role at the heart of the Cleaning & Waste Department. You’ll help coordinate schedules, manage records and stock, support procurement and ensure the department continues to operate efficiently and to the high standards expected at the Club.

While the role is predominantly administrative, you’ll also be happy to provide hands-on cleaning support during particularly busy periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating departmental schedules and rotas
  • Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support
  • Managing procurement, stock levels and orders
  • Maintaining accurate records and departmental data
  • Supporting service standards and compliance
  • Managing data entry and documentation
  • Assisting with general office administration
  • Providing hands-on cleaning support during busy periods
  • Working closely with the Head of Cleaning & Waste and wider team

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and confident taking ownership of their workload.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an office administration, operations or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook 365
  • Experience with data entry, record keeping and creating rotas
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experience within cleaning, facilities, hospitality or a similar environment would be highly desirable.
