Clerk of Works (M&E Biased)

I'm working with an independent construction consultancy specialising in the residential and affordable housing sectors, who are looking to recruit an experienced Clerk of Works with a strong M&E background.

This is a field-based role covering a region between Birmingham & Bristol.

Working across a portfolio of new build residential and affordable housing developments, you'll be responsible for carrying out site inspections, monitoring quality, identifying defects, and ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications, Building Regulations and industry standards.


Requirements
  • Experience as a Clerk of Works, Building Inspector, Site Manager, Quality Inspector or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction.
  • M&E inspection experience.
  • Good understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC standards.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
