An excellent opportunity has arisen for an account executive to join a busy internal sales team in Deeside. This is a varied role supporting customers from order processing through to delivery while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders using Dynamics 365 ERP
  • Manage customer forecasts and stock levels
  • Generate sales and production orders
  • Coordinate deliveries and transport
  • Produce customer reports and resolve queries
  • Liaise with production, purchasing, accounts and suppliers
  • Attend customer meetings when required

About You

  • Previous experience in Internal Sales, customer service, or Account Management
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
