An excellent opportunity has arisen for an account executive to join a busy internal sales team in Deeside. This is a varied role supporting customers from order processing through to delivery while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders using Dynamics 365 ERP
- Manage customer forecasts and stock levels
- Generate sales and production orders
- Coordinate deliveries and transport
- Produce customer reports and resolve queries
- Liaise with production, purchasing, accounts and suppliers
- Attend customer meetings when required
About You
- Previous experience in Internal Sales, customer service, or Account Management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
