Location: Newcastle-Upon-Tyne / Sunderland area
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + car allowance
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2–3 days office-based)

Industry: Insurance, property services, home emergency, facilities or utilities sectors

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Client Account Manager to join a growing, forward-thinking business with ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond. This is a relationship-focused role, responsible for managing and developing key client partnerships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

You will act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, working closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
• Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Deliver against revenue and growth targets
• Conduct regular client reviews and performance meetings
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities
• Produce client reports, insights, and presentations
• Support tenders, proposals, and business development activity
• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance customer experience

About You

• Proven experience in account management/business development
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Commercially focused with a track record of delivering revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience within insurance, property services, home emergency, facilities or utilities sectors (desirable)
