Client Account Manager Job in Blandford (Hybrid Working)
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Client Account Manager to join a growing and collaborative team in Blandford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
As a Client Account Manager, you will represent our clients by managing key accounts, strengthening partnerships, and driving engagement, growth, and retention. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring projects and campaigns run smoothly while proactively identifying opportunities to support business development. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with stakeholders, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary of £35,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and excellent service delivery.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with client objectives and target sectors.
- Conduct outbound calls and proactive outreach to generate leads, nurture prospects, and strengthen partnerships.
- Develop and implement account growth and engagement strategies.
- Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and performance insights.
- Maintain accurate client records and reporting through HubSpot CRM.
- Gather client feedback and help continuously improve service delivery.
- Support and mentor Account Executives, helping develop their skills and confidence.
- Regularly report on pipeline activity, progress, and opportunities.
- About You
- Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in a client-facing role.
- Confident making outbound calls and building relationships from first contact through to long-term partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- A proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Honest, transparent, and a strong team player.
- Adaptable and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially aware and motivated to deliver results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in HubSpot and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
