Our client in Colchester is looking to welcome new Client Brand Ambassadors to its growing promotional events team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity offering hands-on experience in face-to-face sales, customer engagement and brand promotions.

The Opportunity

You'll be working directly with customers at promotional events, representing brands, introducing products and services, and helping create positive customer experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Representing brands at promotional events and campaigns

• Engaging with customers and introducing products and services

• Creating positive customer experiences through face-to-face interaction

• Building customer relationships and generating sales

• Learning effective sales, marketing and communication techniques

• Working alongside a team to achieve campaign targets

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for enthusiastic, approachable individuals who enjoy meeting new people and are keen to develop new skills.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A confident and friendly approach

• An interest in sales, marketing or customer service

• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• A positive attitude and good work ethic

Previous experience isn't essential. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain their first experience in sales, marketing, brand promotions or customer-facing roles.
