Hybrid Working | Career Development & Bonus Scheme

Location: Taunton, Somerset (Hybrid Working)

Hybrid Working: Full-time office-based during probation. Following successful completion, you'll work from the office 2-3 days per week and the remainder from home.

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Bonus Scheme (OTE circa £35,000)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role

As an Insurance Advisor, you'll play a key role in building relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.

No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy a mix of client interaction, relationship building, business development, and solution-focused advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable insurance solutions
• Providing clear, professional advice across a range of insurance products
• Generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business goals

What We're Looking For

We're open-minded about background and experience. You may already work in insurance, or you could come from another regulated or customer-focused sector.

You'll be:

• A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport with people
• Naturally consultative and customer-focused
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals
• Experienced in sales, account management, customer service, financial services, insurance, banking, recruitment, estate agency, or a similar environment
• Interested in professional development and industry qualifications
• Cert CII qualified, or willing to work towards the qualification with full support provided
