Package & Benefits
• Salary £40,000 per annum.
• OTE of £55,000+ per annum.

Key Responsibilities
• Speak with warm inbound enquiries from prospective clients looking for financial advice.
• Build relationships, understand client circumstances, and qualify opportunities before adviser appointments.
• Manage client interactions, CRM records, and lead pipelines to support a smooth client journey.
• Work closely with advisers and internal teams to improve client outcomes and conversion.
About You
• Experience in customer service, client relationship management, account management, financial services, insurance, property, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Experience working towards targets, KPIs, or service standards within a professional setting.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing client information accurately.
