Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Salary: £28'000-£30'000 (£43'000-£45'000 OTE)

What will you be doing?

• Proactively contacting existing customers to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Accurately profiling prospects to support both current and future needs.
• Managing the progress of opportunities through our CRM system.
• Auditing customers’ current services and bills and providing clear, insightful feedback to support sales opportunities.
• Pricing opportunities and delivering timely, accurate quotations.
• Providing consultative, solution-focused advice to customers and guiding them toward choosing Tailor Made Technologies for additional services.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience, primarily phone-based, speaking with customers in a B2B environment.
• Experience generating and developing leads.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confident working independently.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Self-motivated with a professional communication style, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
