Client Services Coordinator

Location: Stevenage 
Salary: £28,000

We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join a leading flexible workspace provider in Steveange.

This is a varied role combining customer service, sales, administration and centre operations. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients and visitors, managing enquiries and supporting the Centre Manager with the day to day running of the centre.

• Welcome clients and visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Manage incoming enquiries, follow up leads and arrange viewings
• Support the sales process and identify opportunities to generate revenue
• Maintain accurate client and CRM records
• Manage meeting room bookings and assist with invoicing and billing
• Support reception, administration and general centre operations
• Assist with client move ins, move outs and access requirements
• Provide cover for the Centre Manager when required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in customer service, administration, sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• The ability to work independently and use initiative
• A professional and friendly approach

Experience within flexible workspaces, serviced offices, coworking, hospitality or property would be advantageous but is not essential.
