Client Services Manager - Business Centre

Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Services Manager to support the successful launch and ongoing operation of a serviced office near Godalming.
This varied role will be central to the day-to-day running of the business centre, with responsibility for client relationships, operational standards, sales activity and overall commercial performance.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and confident working in a hands-on role where strong administration, communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting occupancy growth, revenue performance and client retention.
- Managing enquiries, viewings, licence renewals and local marketing activity.
- Maintaining high standards across service delivery, presentation, health and safety, and daily operations.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents and local contacts.
- Previous operational administration experience, ideally within a business centre, serviced office or commercial property environment but this isn’t essential.
- Strong customer service skills, commercial awareness and confidence liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and networking skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities professionally.
