Client Services Manager – Business Centre | c£30,000–£31,000
Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Services Manager to support the successful launch and ongoing operation of a serviced office near Godalming.
This varied role will be central to the day-to-day running of the business centre, with responsibility for client relationships, operational standards, sales activity and overall commercial performance.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and confident working in a hands-on role where strong administration, communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting occupancy growth, revenue performance and client retention.
  • Managing enquiries, viewings, licence renewals and local marketing activity.
  • Maintaining high standards across service delivery, presentation, health and safety, and daily operations.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents and local contacts.
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Previous operational administration experience, ideally within a business centre, serviced office or commercial property environment but this isn’t essential.
  • Strong customer service skills, commercial awareness and confidence liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and networking skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities professionally.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. The package includes a discretionary annual bonus, private medical cover, life assurance, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, free parking and free eye tests.
