Role: Client Services Manager

Start Date: October 2026 or sooner

Location: Kensington, London

Salary: £29,000 - £45,000

A leading and innovative educational consultancy in central London is seeking a Client Services Manager for October 2026. This is a full time role covering maternity leave (12 months) initially, but it is hoped as the team grows a permanent role will become available.

As a Client Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to work closely with each family who enquires about our educational services and to sell them bespoke tuition and educational consultancy services. The company recruits exemplary tutors and you will be representing their academic excellence, teaching styles and years of pastoral care. You will be a good judge of character and enjoy working with a myriad of different personalities.

This role is a sales role. We require someone who is comfortable making sales on the phone; writing specific, informative and charming emails; and, who sincerely cares about helping children and young adults achieve their academic potential.

Your work will be dynamic; one day you may help find a tutor who can delicately balance the provision of emotional sensitivity with academic excellence to support a child’s learning through a difficult time, on another day, structure and co-ordinate a suite of tutors to deliver GCSE home schooling to a child.

In addition to managing these relationships, you will handle a variety of tasks including sales administration, answering calls, and liaising with schools and external educational organisations. This role is fast-paced, particularly during peak times, requiring strong organisational skills, team-work and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

If you want to work in a busy, but small office, have a passion for education combined with enthusiasm for communicating with families effectively and have integrity, professionalism and respect, please send your CV to Duncan or contact him for more information including an information pack.

Knight Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Applicants for the post must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including reference checks with previous employers and an enhanced DBS check.
