We are recruiting for a Client Support Administrator on behalf of a growing financial services business. The roleAs a Client Support Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting pension transfer cases and delivering a smooth, professional client experience. You’ll manage administrative processes from instruction through to completion, ensuring records are accurate and cases continue to progress efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pension transfer cases from instruction through to completion
- Processing documentation accurately and maintaining complete case records
- Coordinating client onboarding, preparing paperwork and obtaining electronic signatures
- Liaising with pension providers, clients and internal teams to progress cases efficiently
- Providing regular updates to clients and advisers throughout the process
- Managing your own portfolio of cases while supporting the wider client-services function
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with internal processes, service standards and deadlines
- Previous administration or client-services experience within a professional office environment
- Experience managing cases, documentation or regulated administrative processes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate client and case records
- Confident communication skills and a professional approach to supporting clients
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office
