We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and solutions-focused Client Support Assistant to join an exciting tech business based in Birmingham City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves solving problems, working with people and getting to grips with technology. You’ll be at the heart of our client experience, acting as a key point of contact.

You will investigate challenges, work directly with clients and suppliers, build your product expertise and play an important role in making sure everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for client queries across phone, email and other platforms, providing friendly, responsive and professional support.
  • Get to the bottom of problems, investigate issues, identify root causes and find practical solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Become a product expert, developing strong knowledge of our services and using that expertise to give clients the best possible support.
  • Keep everyone in the loop, communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
  • Provide specialist support around compliance requirements and rebate calculations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Help bring new suppliers on board, setting them up across our systems and reports while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Build lasting client relationships, becoming someone our clients trust and enjoy working with.
  • Spot opportunities to improve, helping us streamline processes, solve recurring issues and make the client experience even better.

For this role we are looking for graduate calibre, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively with relevant administration experience and experience working with invoicing.

Ideally you will have previous administration experience within a professional service background.

If you are naturally curious, enjoy figuring things out and take pride in delivering a great service, we would love to hear from you.
