- Managing and providing oversight of nursing, caregiving and scheduling teams to ensure safe and effective services.
- Overseeing client assessments, reassessments, care planning, case management and clinical reviews.
- Ensuring appropriate skill mix, continuity of care and client safety across service delivery.
- Review client schedules for suitability, making amendments where safety or quality risks arise.
- Conducting routine, urgent and complex client visits as required.
- Leading workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, competency assessments and succession planning across relevant teams.
- Supervising, coaching and managing the performance of teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Leading incident investigations, identifying root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitoring documentation, medication management, mandatory training and clinical competencies to maintain required standards.
- Maintaining effective relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, insurers and community providers.
- Supporting the implementation and delivery of new clinical services and strategic initiatives.
- Escalating significant clinical, operational, regulatory, financial or reputational risks, recommending appropriate action
- Willing to register with Bermuda Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to take a test in Bermuda
- Minimum 5 years post-registration clinical experience.
- Minimum 2 years clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
- Case Management and Community Nursing Experience.
