Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Salary: £52,500 per annum + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day clinical management of the home

• Lead and support the nursing and care teams to deliver high standards of person-centred care

• Support with clinical audits, assessments and reviews

• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the clinical team

• Support the Home Manager with CQC compliance and inspections
   

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

• Active NMC registration as an RGN/RMN

• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home

• Previous leadership or management experience within a care setting
