Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring all policies, procedures, and objectives are met.
- Ensure care is delivered in line with CQC standards, local authority requirements, and professional regulations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing and care teams.
- Help maintain safe staffing levels and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience in a senior clinical role within a care home setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and care management systems.
