We are seeking a confident and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our care team and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and clinical excellence for our residents.
The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team to oversee clinical practices across the service. You will support, mentor and inspire nurses and care staff, ensuring residents receive person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys leadership responsibilities while remaining actively involved in delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality clinical care.
- Promote best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Undertake clinical assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Monitor standards through audits and quality assurance processes.
- Support staff through coaching, training and professional development.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and resident safety remains a priority.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, residents and families.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
- Previous experience in a senior nursing or leadership position.
