We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established, award-winning community complex care provider based in Lincoln. As a Complex Care Clinical Lead you will:
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for adults with complex clinical needs
- Provide clinical leadership, training, and ongoing support to care staff
- Apply specialist clinical skills, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and seizure management
- Collaborate with CHC nurses, commissioners, and the wider multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective care packages
- Establish positive relationships with service users and their families, ensuring care is tailored to their individual needs
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Competent in tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience within community complex care
- Good understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance, and care quality standards
