Clinical Nurse Manager – Nursing Home 
Tywyn, Wales 
£55,000 – £60,000 per annum 

We are recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join a well-established nursing home in the beautiful coastal town of Tywyn, Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of nursing care while supporting and developing a dedicated care team.

The Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will:
- Lead and support the clinical and nursing team
- Ensure the highest standards of resident care are consistently delivered
- Oversee clinical governance, medication management, and care planning
- Support compliance with CIW regulations and internal quality standards
- Mentor, develop, and supervise nursing and care staff
- Work closely with senior management, residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Promote a positive, safe, and person-centred environment

Requirements
- Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN preferred)
- Previous experience within a nursing home setting
- Strong clinical leadership and management experience
- Excellent knowledge of clinical compliance and safeguarding
- Passionate about delivering high-quality elderly care
- Strong communication and organisational skills
