We are actively looking to secure a Clinical Safety Coordinator to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:

The Clinical Safety Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of clinical safety activities across the NHS App programme. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will coordinate clinical safety processes, facilitate communication between technical, clinical and operational stakeholders, and ensure that safety-related activities are appropriately tracked, documented and completed.

This position is ideal for an organised and proactive individual with strong project coordination, business analysis and stakeholder management skills who can help maintain high standards of patient safety within a complex digital healthcare environment. The role will support the identification, assessment and management of clinical risks associated with digital health products and services, ensuring that safety considerations remain a core focus throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Project Management / Coordination:

• Proven experience managing or coordinating projects, preferably in healthcare or digital health settings. Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams and build trust at all levels.
• Business Analysis Skills:
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and interpret information to support clinical safety assessments and reporting.
• Problem Solving Skills:
• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues, ask the right questions, and escalate concerns when necessary.

Your Skills:

• Familiarity with healthcare environments or public health systems, contributing to a better understanding of clinical workflows and patient safety needs.
  Clinical Experience:
• While not required, individuals with clinical backgrounds can bring valuable insights into clinical safety processes and patient care considerations.
  Digital Health / Health IT Experience:
• Experience with digital health solutions or health IT systems, particularly in understanding regulatory requirements and the role of safety in digital product development.
  Experience Working in Other Safety Critical Industries:
• Experience in industries with high safety standards (e.g., aviation, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear) where risk management and regulatory compliance are essential.
