💼 What You'll Do
- Be field based 4 days per week - seeing customers face to face
- Grow the rental business across the South East
- Develop NHS & private healthcare accounts
- Work with Tissue Viability, Moving & Handling, Therapists & Clinical Teams
- Conduct clinical assessments and product demonstrations
- Identify new rental opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Support Trust-wide agreements and product adoption
- Deliver customer education and training
👊 Who You Are
- Nurse, Physiotherapist, OT, TVN, MSK Therapist, Manual Handling Advisor or similar
- Clinically credible with strong communication skills
- Commercially curious and motivated to move into sales!
- Confident delivering assessments, demonstrations & training
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable travelling throughout the South East daily
💰 The Package
- £35-43K basic
- £21K OTE
- Company car or £550/month car allowance
