We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse and inspiring leader to join our specialist neurological care centre, Stagenhoe, in Hertfordshire as a Clinical Team Manager.

At Stagenhoe, we support adults living with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries, helping them maximise their independence, wellbeing and quality of life through expert neurorehabilitation and person-centred care.

About the Role

As Clinical Team Manager, you will lead a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe and effective care. You'll work closely with the Head of Care, multidisciplinary teams, commissioners and external professionals to support service users throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing clinical teams to deliver exceptional standards of care
  • Supporting assessments, admissions and care planning
  • Managing staffing levels and duty rotas to ensure safe service delivery
  • Promoting safeguarding, risk management and clinical governance
  • Providing supervision, coaching and development opportunities for colleagues
  • Participating in audits, quality improvement initiatives and service development
  • Building effective relationships with service users, families and healthcare professionals
  • Acting as a clinical role model and championing best practice

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Registered Nurse qualification with post-registration clinical experience
  • Experience leading and managing clinical teams
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Knowledge of current healthcare legislation and clinical best practice
  • Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting change and service improvement
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and motivate others
  • Good IT skills and experience using web-based systems
